The staff was helpful and polite, and they spoke multiple languages. The hotel had a big kitchen for common use and complimentary coffee, tea, and fruits. The location was excellent, with easy walking access to Taksim Square, Istiklal Street, and Cihangir. The area felt secure, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

The hotel is a perfect place to stay, with a convenient location near a bustling square. the staff members are respectful and courteous, providing exceptional service throughout our stay. the kitchen in our room was not only beautiful but also immaculately clean. We were pleasantly surprised to find that fruits, tea, and water were provided for free. Mr Aleem, with his charming personality, and Mr Pijeh, being genial as well, made our experience even more enjoyable.
The only minor issue we encountered was the absence of an elevator in the building. this did not deter us from having a luxurious and comfortable stay at the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near everything - shopping places, restaurants, and it's just a 5-minute walk to Taksim Square. The rooms are spacious and bright, with beautiful decoration. The staff is very friendly and helpful, with someone available at the front desk 24 hours a day. Complimentary mineral water and coffee are provided, and there is a well-equipped kitchen for those who want to cook their own meals.
The towels were not very clean.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from Taksim Square and Istiklal Street. The room was cozy and clean, with a great view from the window. The staff, especially Mr Vicki, were really good too make our stay comfortable and solve any issues we had. I highly recommend this hotel for its great value, convenient location, and amazing staff.
